Terms and Condtions

Cancellation Policy

Any session must be cancelled with a least 24 hours notice. If 24 hours notice is not given the full price for the booking will be charged. If you do not attend your scheduled appointment you will still be charged for the session.

Conversely, if we do not provide 24 hours notice of a cancelled booking your next session will be free.

All sessions will start and end promptly at the agreed time.

Trainer Qualifications

All our trainers have:

• Level 3 (highest level) Classification on Register of Exercise Professionals
• First Aid Certification
• Personal Liability Insurance
