OBP's personal training can help you get the body you’ve previously only dreamed of ...through improved body image, increased athleticism and optimised body performance.

OBP’s programmes make exercising fun and provide you with a body that is functionally fitter and stronger for everyday living.

Our free initial consultation allows you to get to know what we can do for you and lets us know exactly what you want.

The OBP System.

We start with a Full Postural and Aims Analysis to help you visualise your goals. Individually tailored programmes are designed for you to complete, including sessions with and without your personal trainer. These programmes will give overviews for the next 1 month, 3 months or 6 months (dependant on the package you choose) and incorporate the number, type and primary aims of each session. By using our system we set realistic, stretching targets that continually motivate you toward achieving your ultimate goal whilst providing regular evaluations of your ongoing success!

We are very aware of your time constraints – that is why we offer a mobile service, training you either at home or outside of work during breaks

With any package we can incorporate a Nutritional Overview.
