Nutrition
Today’s hectic and demanding lifestyle often leads to us eating on the run and consuming convenience
foods with very little nutritional value. Processed and fast foods are high in calories, but low in
nutrients and obesity is often accompanied by malnutrition!
Counteracting this paradox requires a simple, consistent approach to food with a long-term,
nutrient-rich, calorie-aware eating plan. The food we eat gives us the energy and vigor to maintain
a healthy and active lifestyle and gives us the inclination and motivation to want to get up
and achieve things.
The beauty industry make millions every year selling the latest fad diet, but these can have a
detrimental effect and can lead to yo-yo dieting, as this is not how our bodies are designed to
process food. They were made to have a diet comprising of a balanced nutrient profile.
The food we consume becomes the bathing solution for all of your body’s cells and end up as the
building blocks for repair, restoration and development ...
therefore you truly are what you eat!!!
At OBP we can carry out a nutritional analysis of what you eat at the moment and help you get on
track, as a good eating plan can revolutionise not only your physical activity but every element
of your daily life!
